The purpose of this study is to establish a development plan and to suggest implications for providing differentiated services by verifying the effects of the physical and social servicescape of waxing shops on service value, service satisfaction, and customer loyalty. For this study, a survey was conducted on 300 men and women in their 20s to 50s who had experience in waxing shop management from April 5, 2024 to May 30, 2024, and 291 copies were extracted by convenience sampling method and finally analyzed. The physical and social servicescape of the waxing shop has a positive effect on the service value, and the higher the physical and social servicescape, the higher the functional and emotional value of the service value, and the service satisfaction also increases. Since the functional and emotional value of the service value shows a significant result in service satisfaction, the service of the waxing shop is based on professional human service, so mutual connection and reliability with customers are very important. Finally, service satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty, and it can be seen from the results of the study that the more satisfied the result of the service for the waxing shop and the waxer, the higher the customer loyalty. As a result of this study, it is necessary to review and grasp the physical and social servicescape, expand the deficiencies, and improve the service quality of the waxing industry that consumers feel and need. It provides services that customers can be satisfied with and grasps the quality of human services for interaction between managers (waxers) and customers to secure customer loyalty that is not affected by any changes or variables.Through this, we propose a strategy for the development direction of waxing shop, service marketing, and human service.
