Human perceptions of beauty range from idealized, perfect proportions, and balance to the ugliness found in deformed, asymmetrical, and distorted shapes. The distorted and misshapened human body produced by artificial intelligence is more grotesque and freshly processed than it is beautiful. Over time, generative Artificial Intelligence imagery has evolved into a tool for correcting flaws and creating realistic and idealized images. However, there are concerns that AI images only reflect human aesthetics and lose their creative and original artistic value as they move toward perfection. This paper examines the current state of AI, which is moving toward becoming a tool for creating or expressing human desires, and speculates on how generative AI will expand in the domain of art. In Chapter 2, I discuss the changes in the way we look at the image of deformity and the characteristics of the mechanical image created by Deep Dream in the early days. In Chapter 3, I discuss the changes in the body created by AI and the changes in our acceptance of it. Chapter 4 discusses the deformed and aesthetic bodies created by artists using generative AI.
