The purpose of this study is to understand the consciousness of the residents of the social mix complex supplied during the recent redevelopment/reconstruction process, to understand the physical status of the survey target site, and to present a plan for the successful expansion of the social mix complex in the future. In order to understand the consciousness and current status of the residents about social mix, based on the preceding research, it was composed of four areas: the characteristics of the apartment complex, the neighborhood bond, the actual use of community facilities, and the results of the social mix were as follows: 1) Institutional improvement is needed to adopt the leading mixing method in the complex to prevent discrimination between complexes. 2) Institutional improvement is needed to give everyone the same opportunity to participate in the community. 3) Accurate conceptualization of social mix policies and improvement of residents' consciousness should be accompanied. 4) We need to find ways to cultivate the sense of community among residents.
