Key findings indicate that real-time interaction and collective intelligence within digital environments significantly boost learner motivation and the educational value of these programs. The study also highlights practical challenges such as the digital divide, copyright issues, and teacher preparedness, suggesting inclusive digital literacy education and institutional support as potential remedies. By articulating a design education model where traditional hands-on practices and contemporary digital media mutually reinforce each other, this research provides a theoretical foundation for future advancements in art and design education. Furthermore, it emphasizes the necessity of ongoing research into the integration of emerging technologies like the metaverse and generative AI to further cultivate creativity and collaborative skills in the digital age.
