Purpose: This study examines the influences of logistics education service quality such as tangibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on learning participation and logistics learning satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology: Based on previous studies which were related to education service quality, learning participation and learning satisfaction, this study established research model and hypothesis, and surveyed the students majored logistics who studied in third grade and fourth grade at offline and online university. To analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were applied. Results: Tangibility and responsiveness give significantly positive effect to learning participation. Whereas assurance and empathy do not give meaningful effect to learning participation. And assurance has significantly positive effect to learning satisfaction, but tangibility, responsiveness and empathy do not give meaningful effect to learning satisfaction. Learning participation gives significantly positive effect to logistics learning satisfaction. Conclusions: It is necessary to take part in learning oneself and to improve logistics education service such tangibility and responsiveness for the logistics learning satisfaction.
