The number of Internet users in Korea has dramatically grown since 1990 that more than half of Korean Internet users regards Internet as his main communication means. Interest in Internet is higher than ever and there is no one not interested m Internet in our society from elementary school boy to politicians. Growing popularity of Internet usage not only leads to an appearance of many businesses which had never existed before but also changes basic forms of many existing businesses. We can easily realize the tremendously strong power of Internet when we encounter with the change of communication process caused by it or totally new type of media like Internet newspaper or Internet broadcasting system created by Internet itself. The reason why Internet is tremendously popular nowadays is that it has inexhaustible communication ability. People believed that Internet can make the room for human being had been shunned at the time of 20th century and humanize again by bringing human back to the center of communication channel. The set pattern of one way flow is on the wane and the age of multilateral interaction is about to be at the height of its prosperity. As communication by computer and Internet spreads out rapidly so does the ten-itory of cyber communication. The birth of cyber space has come to affect our communication pattern. In Cyber culture, cultural symbols are used as communication means or combined through universal binary scale. If there is any certain kind of symbol on the Internet world, that means that it exists together with every symbols spreaded all over the world connected by the Internet. language began to make rapid processes in diverse forms in cyber space. Mass intellectuals by the new information technology and communication technology technically transforms and systematically improves principal recognizant faculty. Intellectual technologies based upon digital mass media not only enhances personal intellect but also every kinds of cyber society like company or organization. What is Digital, then, and how can we put digital media (especially Internet) to our practical use? This treatise was written for the purpose of being a help toward Korean church education by researching the importance of putting internet media into practice and effective communication method in rapidly changing media environment.
