The importance of the effective learning community grouping is in decreasing the dropout rate and eliminating the feeling of isolation within the groups. Nevertheless, studies concerning the effective grouping learning community have left much to be desired.
In this paper, research has been done on the inclination test items to be applied to grouping the desirable learning community. The Intelligent Personalized Agent based learning community Grouping e-learning System has been developed on the basis of the results of this research. Apprximately 88% of learners were satisfied in the evaluation of this program, and they wanted the group to be but to be maintained, not broken up
