Report Errors
The housing demands have increased because of the urbanization and industrialization which caused the break down on the family unit and caused the increased concentration of the population, while the housing policy had been more concerned with the number of houses rather than the quality of housing. Due to the lack of the government policy, it had caused increased the number of bad neighborhoods and the lack of welfare facilities.
The purpose of this study was to analyze a rate of empty house, to analyze the relation occur a social / economical / physical factor through a investigated residing environment factor about occurring empty house in a multi-family house in residential environment improvement. The methods of the study are field survey, interview and investigation. The result of this study was significance as the basis data as research for improvement of residing environment of the multi-family house.
