Report Errors
The analysis showed that importance of subcategories constituting the quality of real estate brokerage service was high in order of responsiveness, assurance.
As a result of analyzing the correlation between quality of real estate brokerage service and customer satisfaction, it was found that the quality of real estate brokerage service showed positive correlation significantly on the customer satisfaction.
As a result of examining the correlation between customer satisfaction and intention of reuse or recommendation to others, it was analyzed that the customer satisfaction showed positive correlation significantly on both intention of reuse and intention of recommendation to others.
