This article studies the Motivation and Questioning of teaching and learning with effect for Christian Education. Teachers use many materials, methods and activities to attract and to keep their students' attention. No matter how great and excellent the methods and material are, teachers cannot succeed unless the students themselves find learning meaningful and worthwhile.
It is learning theory and motivation approach for effective education. Specially, Questioning is effective in motivation and many teachers as well as Jesus utilized. The Questioning is to drive in interest, theme and interaction of students.
Keller suggest the questioning is to student's curiosity and motivation for learning by ARCS's system. It is attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction within the 4 category of ARCS. Attention is to motive in studying. Relation is entertaining studying objective and motivation and learner's life. confidence gives motive that learner can achieve studies continuously. Also, satisfaction regulates various situation so that learner may can sustain learning. I have to find and presented motivational questioning example of Christian religion education corresponded to each category here. This paper presented a direction and questioning for motivation of learning, but instructional design is to need education contents of Christian Education. It is to becomes a model of Christian Education for motivational design.
