To see the literature of overseas Koreans in view of post colonialism and make it free from peripheral position and structure of ruling and controlled is the purpose of this paper. I selected 'Native Speaker' to extract the logic about it, discussed mainly a problem of language one of the axes of the novel. The case of linguistic discourse, although we change object to literature or apply to Koreans in the other regions, shows a same conclusion. To blame the main stream's negative actions with majority language in the minority position or to talk about minority's self with main stream's language in the minority position is the case that they realized the fundamental view of post colonialism. Of course, to make much of unfolding minority's story with their language is a viewpoint of post colonialism. However, as far as unfolding the minority's story, it can't get out of minority as well as peripheral literature. In the case that minority makes a work with main stream's language, it can be included into the local main stream's literature by some means. Otherwise, whatever post colonialism may be, we can't include even the Korean literature written by Koreans mother tongue into the local maim stream's literature. At once, the latter is received into the category of our literature, also we have to receive the former into our literature as long as uttering our story with our voices.
We have to receive the literature to leave or be left by overseas Koreans. To do so, we have to step down from the central position for ourselves. And, we have to establish 'the Korean Racial Literature' as a highest category, because we arrived to point in time to discuss world literature now. The Korean literature as the existing central literature and the peripheral literature as overseas Korean literature must be under the command of the category of 'the Korean Racial Literature' with same relative importance. We have to accept their literature with Korean letters in overseas Korean literature without exception, and accept their literature expressing national identity in the literature written in main stream's letters, selecting them without omission. Diaspora in overseas Korean literature will not be ceased until Introduction to the Korean Racial Literature or History of the Korean Racial Literature will be written. At the same time, the depth and width of Korean literature can be largely extended or deepened.
