The environmental conscious factor has become one of the issues at stake as a natural response to the drastic changes in the overall environment of logistics and industrial transformation. These realms of energy and environment are regarded as important or indispensible ingredient for achieving the sustainable growth. It may be necessary for us to provide a wide range of incentives for technology development which in tum contributes for pioneering the frontiers of environmental conscious logistics. Put it another way, it may be rather imperative for the government to reinforce expansionary fiscal policy as a means of boosting suppliers. On the other hand, it may be equally required to adopt an incentive package which may be used to induce consumers or intermediate-goods users to purchase the environmental conscious raw materials. This research aims at formulating more concrete measures for capturing a pivotal momentum to vitalize the environmental conscious logistics by attempting to amalgamate corporate strategy and public policy which has not been reflected in previous studies. It follows from the above analysis that it is highly recommended to promote the green logistics by sharing their respective roles between private and public sectors, to propel corporate strategies to enhance economic efficiencies of environmental conscious logistical activities, to improve the guarantee system on green logistics and to persuade to take part in environmental conscious logistics with positive stances.
