Cyber-worlds and transformations have become a popular object of investigation ever since social and cultural sciences began studying the cyber-space. And today, many thousands interact in a simulated environment with graphical representations of a variety of real-world.
Cyber-worlds and virtual worlds are a new type of social order. I examine two issues in detail. First, I ask whether the normative justifications for real world property apply in the cyber-world property and virtual world property. I need to have a understanding of the difference of the legal basis of the cyber-worlds and virtual worlds from the legal basis of real world. And I found that the parasitic copyright formed on the cyber-worlds and virtual worlds is especially.
Second, I ask whether it is possible to say that the transformed cyber-world, as Second Life, have legal basis of the cyber-worlds and virtual worlds in cyber-property. These cyber-worlds have increased rapidly in recent years. And the legal basis of cyber-property is, as a necessary consequence, new type of cyber-space, I call it by the name of cyber-space in online program.
