Self-directed learning or self-regulated learning to study with obvious learning purpose and learning flow to immerse totally in learning can improve learner"s satisfaction and performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influences of self-directed learning and learning flow on learning performance like satisfaction and achievement(grade) in distribution and logistics education by e-learning of cyber university and to suggest the implications for the effective distribution and logistics education. Because most cyber university students do both job and class in the same time, self-directed learning and learning flow are necessary. And leaners can improve satisfaction and achievement through these learning methods.
Based on literature reviews and the prior studies of self-directed learning and learning flow, research model and research hypothesis were developed, and did factor analysis, reliability analysis, corelation analysis. And it made out the hypothesis testing by using regression analysis on how self-directed learning(learning activity, learning management and learning control) and learning flow(cognitive flow and affective flow) have an effect on learning performance(satisfaction and achievement). The results of this study revealed that learning activity, learning management and learning control in self-directed learning, affective flow in learning flow have a significant effect on learning satisfaction. And learning activity in self-directed learning and cognitive flow in learning flow have a significant effect on learning achievement.
