Report Errors
We analyze several communication game models of the finn’s voluntary disclosure. We model public disclosure as a one-sided communication and private disclosure as a rna-sided communication. It is shown that two single disclosure models, ether public disclosure or private disclosure, lead to the same equilibrium allocation. On the other hand, in the dual disclosure model, in which private disclosure is followed by public disclosure, private disclosure plays the role of jointly controlled lottery and results in a better communication and Pareto improvement. However, this {areto improvement does not take place in equilibrium, if public disclosure precedes private disclosure.
