This study intends to provide information that can be used in establishing and executing strategies for hotel management by finding out the relationship between employees role conflict and stress. A questionnaire survey was conducted to verify the hypotheses and major findings are as follows: 5 factors(person role conflict, organization role conflict, role overload conflict, customer role conflict, and stress) among 35 attributes were distilled by factor analysis followed by t-test and ANOVA to test differences between factors and demographic Characteristic of age, education level, job characteristic. Organization role conflict, role overload conflict, and customer role conflict have a positive influence of significant degree on the stress.
