In order to improve the quality of life, it emphasizes the need to continue the leisure activities. In other words, in order to enhance the quality of life issues with happiness of Korean society, it is necessary to understand the factors and prerequisites for participation in ongoing leisure activities. The purpose of the study is to analyse why people whether to participate on an ongoing basis to leisure activities. In particular, it is attempted to understand relationship between flow experience, perceived value and loyalty. Therefore, we conducted an online survey to target participants of leisure that are participating in leisure activities on an ongoing basis, it was used to analyse the survey a total of 409 copies.
The result of the analysis showed that flow experience in leisure activities had a positive effect on perceived value. Also, perceived value had a positive effect on loyalty of leisure participates. Flow experience had no effect on loyalty, however, perceived value was fully mediated between flow and loyalty. It can be stated that when the flow experience, indicates emotional state at the moment of leisure experience, is correlated with cognitive component(perceived value), it is intended to induce the participation of leisure.
