The purpose of this study is to see the acute and delayed effects of exercise on blood lipids and lipoprotein cholesterols and to find the interacting factors with exercise and blood lipids and lipoprotein cholesterol changes. For this study, 78 cases that related with this study and recorded in famous journal(Korea & Foreign) are selected and they were analyzed by using a Meta-analysis. The results of the study are as follows ; 1. The meta-analysis about the acute and delayed effects of exercise on blood lipids and lipoprotein cholesterols 1) The change of TC level after exercise. The acute and delayed change of TC level increased for 15 minutes right after exercise(4.63%) but it decreased until 72 hours after 15 minutes 2) The change of TG level after exercise. There was no acute and delayed change of TG level for 15minutes right after exercise but the change decreased until 72 hours after 15 minutes. 3) The change of LDLC level after exercise. The acute and delayed change of LDLC level was similar with level of pre-exercise for 15minutes right after exercise but the change decreased until 72hours after 15 minutes. 4) The change of HDLC level after exercise. The acute and delayed change of HDLC level increase for 15 minutes right after exercise(8.14%) but it was lower 16 minutes to 1 hour than a level of pre-exercise and it kept the level of 15 minutes`s until 72 hours after a hour. 5) The change of TC/HDLC ratio after exercise. The acute and delayed change of TC/HDLC ratio decreased from post-exercise(-3.15%) to 72 hours. 2. The influence of additional variations about the acute and delayed change of blood lipids and lipoprotein cholesterols level according to exercise. The study showed that the acute and delayed change of blood lipids and lipoprotein cholesterols level are related with blood lipids and lipoprotein cholestrols level of pre-exercise, the objects` nationality, the type of exercise, the intensity of exercise, a diet, exercise time, VO_2 and body weight. The blood lipids and lipoprotein cholestrols level of pre-exercise of subjects are related with the level of TG(r=-0.486) and TC/HDLC(r=-0.413). The objects` nationality is related with TC(r=-0.284), TG(r=-0,269) and TC/HDLC(r=-0.504). The type of exercise is related with TC(r=-0.253). The intensity of exercise is related with HDLC(r=-0.286). A diet is related with TC(r=-0.307) and LDLC(r=-0.507). The exercise time is related with TC(r=-0.253), A VO_2 us related with TG(r=0.394). A body weight is related with TG(r=-0.318). 1. The acute and delayed effects of exercise on blood lipids and lipoprotein cholesterols are kept affirmatively until 72hours after exercise. 2. There are very important variations that influenced results of the change ; The bloods lipids and lipoprotein cholestrols level of pre-exercise, the objects` nationality, the type of exercise, a diet, the exercise time, the state of trained and a body weight..
