This study has the end to understand the actual condition of the pupils in the primary school and then use it for active recreation as basic sources. To get this end, this research used the gratified duster random sampling, and the 430 five and six grade pupil in the Pusan city as the object of research. And the total 400 pupils used in the real analysis. We used crosstabs for χ^2, t-test for analysis of the material as statistic method. On the basic of above research method and process, we can find the results as follows. 1) In the actual condition of the total 400 pupils, time of recreation is below 2 hours by 39.5%, the accompanied is friends by 35.5%, the play(or game) is carried by 34.0%, and the place of recreation is the their own house highly by 48.0%. 2) Of the mind for recreation, the liked recreation is TV, VTR, Computer communication by 46.0%, response of "not bad" is in the matter of concern by 46.0%, in the matter of application by 43.0%, the effect of recreation is "for cheer up" by 33.5, and the cause of obstacle in the recreation is "have no time" highly by 47.5%. 3) On the support for recreation of the total objects, they used TV as information of recreation source by 34.3%, want "the care and concern of parents" for their home in the recreation act by 43.0%, for school "the time for recreation" by 44.0%, in the matter of the satisfied for facilities average" highly by 27.5%.
