This study aims at figuring out the relation of public worker participation on leisure sports activity, and organizational climate. Firstly, the difference of organizational climate, the socio-demographic characteristics, Secondly, the difference organizational climate the leisure sports activity participant existence, Thirdly, the difference organizational climate the leisure sports activity participant style. The population of the objects for study consists of public employees working for the public institutions in Seoul and Chungbuk Province, in 2000, and from among them 475 people in all are actually employed for the analysis. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire for the formalization factor of organizational climate by Park(1996). The statistical techniques for the data analysis are descriptive statistics analysis, one-way ANOVA, analysis of covariance, multiple classification analysis. The conclusion from these are as follows; Firstly, according to socio-demographics characteristics of a public worker are partly different organizational climate. Secondly, according to leisure sports activity existence of a public worker are partly different organizational climate. Thirdly, according to leisure sports activity style of a public worker are partly different organizational climate.
