The purpose of this study was to investigate organizational climate, organizational devotion, job satisfaction and to suggest the developing structure programs in professional dancers. The subjects were composed of 250 dancers in 2004 professional group. Spss 10.0 program package was used to analyze data. The results are followed by: 1. The obstacle factor in organizational climate was significantly different from special factor of job satisfaction in dance experience before professional dance group as career organizational climate, organizational devotion and job satisfaction. 2. The obstacle factor of organizational climate in ballet as major organizational climate, organizational devotion and job satisfaction was significantly higher than that in Korean dance. Continuous devotion factor of organizational devotion in ballet was significantly lower than that in Korean dance. 3. The obstacle factor and consideration factor of organizational climate in under lyear were significantly higher than those in 1-2year. Work environmental factor of job satisfaction under 3years was significantly different from that over 3years. 4. High morale factor and closed factor of organizational climate under 39 times were significantly different from over 40 times. 5. Correlation between organizational climate and organizational devotion was positive except productional factor and closed factor. Correlation between organizational climate and job satisfaction was positive. Correlation between organizational devotion and job satisfaction was positive. 6. Organizational climate was significantly influenced to job satisfaction. That explained 50% of job satisfaction. Organizational devotion explained 27.7% of job satisfaction.
