The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing job satisfaction level of golf caddies who had a certain role for service quality and customer satisfaction in the Golf Country Club industry. To achieve the purpose of the study, 243 caddies, who were employed by 7 country clubs located in Gyonggi and Gangwon Province, were selected as subjects. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The statistics selected to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analyze. The research was conducted to find the following results : First, there was a significant difference in job satisfaction of golf caddies by socio-demographic variables. Secondly, the job satisfaction level of caddies was most influenced by `money` and `the work itself` factors which were pride, interest, aptitude, etc. Thirdly, the job turnover level of caddies was most influenced by `the work itself` factors which were pride, interest, aptitude, etc. Consequently, this study has shown that the employer should consider the seniority and professionalism of caddies as important factors for their job satisfaction level. Also `the work itself` factors and` money` were found to be two important motivators.
