This research has been conducted to the middle aged man (over 25% body fat ratio) in order to acknowledge the effects of the Combined Exercise on the density of leptin and insulin. By measuring and analyzing the figures of BMI, WHR, LBM, and Leptin prior and after the Combined Exercise for 12 weeks, we did compare the effects of the exercise. First: On the basis of the standards of ACSM(2006), the hardness of exercise was selected and the program was implemented to the middle aged men. According to the result, there were some remarkable results: body weight decreased to 4.17㎏(p<.05), fat ratio 4.14%(p<.01), fat mass 3.1㎏(p<.01), WHR 0.07(p<.01), insulin 15.75μIU/㎖(p<.01), leptin 7.16ng/㎖(p<.01). Second: All these results were driven by the decrease of leptin activation, insulin density metabolism, bloody sebaceous by doing the Combined Exercise Program. In conclusion, the Combined Exercise lessened the visceral fat and improved the insulin resistance and the leptin density in blood. Specially, by exercising the program consistently, we saw the remarkable improvement in health goodness and curing obese with the increase of the basal metabolism, the capacity of lipolysis, and the utility of body fat. Consequently, it is believed that the Combined Exercise will be a recommendable program to the middle aged men in bad condition and obesity.
