The purpose of this study was to provide the fundamental information for the development of an effective inclusive physical education system through the analysis of problems of Korean inclusive physical education system. In order to achieve this goal, literature review and internet search were conducted first. Based on this information, an intensive interview and observation of three inclusive physical education, two adapted education, and one adapted physical education teachers who work in a regular high school in Kyungi Province was conducted. The collected information was processed through three steps; gathering all information, coding, and finding the problems. Then, an expert was involved to correct errors during the process by the researcher and provide diverse opinions to improve the quality of information. Furthermore, a triangle method was used to achieve the validity and trustworthiness of information. The findings were as follow: First, current inclusive physical education system shows some disconnection between the department and teachers of an inclusive physical education program. Secondly, there is some weakness of training system for the inclusive physical education teachers. Thirdly, more well organized collaborative teaching system will be required. Finally, the obligation of the teachers should be improved.
