This paper studies multicultural sport-for all program in the p erspective of sportpedagogy. To achieve this goal, this paper employs qualitative approach based on in-depth interview, expert meeting, and review of diverse documents. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten sport-for all instructors and two office members. With regard to ten sport-for all instructors, this study found three points. First, sport-for all instructors perceive multiculture as mix of diverse culture or culture of immi grants (or foreign residents). Second, they also perceive multicultural education as Korean culture education for immigrants. Third, they also address the need of multicultural sport-for-all program pertaining to culture education and healthy life of immigrants. In the context of multicultural sport-for-all program, the findings suggest that the goal of program is to enhance condition of body and mind, and development of relationship. Furthermore, the content of education is implemented in the environment of lack of cooperative system and inferior field facilities. In sum up, this study provides three policy suggestions for bet ter multicultural sport-for-all program: (1) Development of sport program which fits lifestyle and conditions of local immigrants; (2) Expansion of study of education contents and sportpedagogy in line with different target groups of immigrants; and (3) Provision of specialized financial assistance and facilities.
