This paper presents a continuous commissioning case of a building which has building management system. The continuous commissioning process focuses on improving overall system control and operations for the occupied building to meet the existing facility needs which might be different from the initial design. This approach is used to implement optimal schedules to ensure the persistence of the improved operational schedules. The intent of this paper is to provide building operation manager and practitioner with information that will achieve cost benefits through energy saving of HVAC operation. Based on the analysis of the BEMS data, it is found that the indoor temp. change during non-occupancy is a key factor for efficiency in winter and that the building would have cost benefits through adjusting HVAC operation schedule for Warming-up. Energy savings in the office building(2) appeared to be about 92.4%.
