This study tried to reveal the relationships between country image variables from the samples of foreign workers residing in Korea. For the independent variables, seven country image variables have been chosen: economic conditions, conflict, political structure, vocational training, work culture, environment, and labor. And three dependent variables as macro country images were adopted: people, government, country in general. Another three dependent variables as micro country images were selected: entrepreneurs, products, and culture. LISREL (Linear structural relations) has been employed to reveal the relationships between the variables. The results are followings: the dependent variables, "country in general" and have been affected by the independent variables "economic conditions", and "environment". The "culture" has been affected by "conflict", and "work culture". But the variable, "environment", has shown the negative relationship with the variable of "country in general". These relationships revealed in the study implicitly or and explicitly show that the foreign workers residing in Korea view Korea in the level of "image myopia" resulted from their cultural adaptation stress.
