This discuss analyzes types of mistakes and features of Chinese learners in beginning, intermediate level who uses ‘이/가’, ‘을/를’, ‘에’, ‘에서’ and suggests teaching method that makes them to use ‘이/가’, ‘을/를’, ‘에’, ‘에서’ exactly.
Chapter 1 mentioned about objectives, method of the research and examined the preceding research.
Chapter 2 discussed about types of mistakes and features of Chinese learners in beginning and intermediate level who uses ‘이/가’, ‘을/를’, ‘에’, ‘에서’. This research is based on Chinese learners with beginning and intermediate level, in Korean Learning Center in Daejeon University and analyzed the statistics of mistakes based on writing documents of 20 students. This analyzed types of mistakes when using postposition by dividing into two parts;abbreviation and shift. In addition, it discussed about features of mistakes in learners’ usage of postpositions. This research defines the causes of mistakes as lack of cognition of postposition system by interference of native language, not recognizing word class of predicate, evasion by psychological effect. In chapter 3, it suggested proper teaching method to prevent mistakes effectively when teaching Chinese Korean learners, based on features analyzed in Chapter 2. This research didn’t explained grammar items theoretically due to difference of category in language which causes many hardships in learners. Instead, categorizing specific usages and types of sentences is the proper method for explaining grammar items. Especially, there are many difficulties understanding contents which corresponds to objects in Korean. Therefore, it is a proper way to induce learners to practice through various works. However, there is a limit for the writer, who cannot propose specific lecture model due to lack of field education, which lead to abstract everything into concept in the brain.
