Social integration projects for German immigrant were embodied in the opening passage of the Immigration Act of 2005. Inside and outside Germany, this presented an opportunity to recognize how immigration countries can have heterogeneous immigrant ‘characteristics’ that would allow the successful integration of immigrants in the host society, which has become a never-ending debate in German society. The labour market integration is most important role in the social integration of immigrants, however, the immigrants(first and second generation) suffer low educational level and low opportunities in labour market. Immigrants have generally low hiring rate and employed in low skilled works. The imbalance in the labor market is generally analyzed and compared with the status of German nationals. The immigrants’ low education completion rate cannot be ruled out in problems with hiring procedures. Immigrants were found to be suffering more from structural discrimination than German nationals. These immigrants denote the condition of the ‘immigrant’ labor market outside their qualifications and abilities. Germany appears to have active federal and state migrant support programs. Particularly, its Immigration Refugee Agency and Department of Labor are trying to provide immigrants various opportunities for active employment.
