To investigate prosody of ambiguity, sentences with syntactic ambiguity on which prosody may have an impact were used. The characteristics of duration, F0 and tone were analyzed to examine the prosodic characteristics of patients with lesions in the right hemisphere and those of normal controls. All the speech samples were recorded using a Praat 4.3.14 and ANOVA, t-test and Fishers exact test were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the duration of pre-section syllable in boundary of deep structures with wide scope was different between the groups but was not different depending on the meaning. Second, F0 range was different between the groups in deep structure with narrow scope. That is because F0 of pre-section syllable of deep structure with narrow scope was requested more variability in order to express special boundary. Furthermore, in sentences with being focus of ``만``, F0 of ``만`` was significantly different because of emphasis of the meaning. Therefore, it founded that pitch was used as a strategy of disambiguity. Third, tone was different between the groups but there were not different significantly depending on the meaning of ambiguity sentences with different scope. Accordingly, The relation between prosody and deep structure of syntactic ambiguity were not founded. Therefore more dynamic acoustic and narrative-pragmatic parameters should be consider.
