The purpose of the study was to discover general people"s awareness and needs in the process of prevalence of Household Divided House, and to present a basis for the prevalence of Household Divided House by finding out if current relative laws satisfy the needs of prospect residents. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from August 8 to 17, 2015, and 114 of total 200 questionnaire were used as analysis materials. Using the SPSS program, analysis of frequency, percentage, averages, correlation analysis, one-way NOVA… was conducted.
The results were as follows : 1) More than half of respondents knew about Household Divided House and about 76% of subjects had intention to move or positive thought about living in Household Divided House. 2) In software needs of Household Divided House, while 42% of prospect owner preferred "Monthly rent", 32% of prospect tenants preferred "Lease" 3) In importance of Residence Element , needs of prospect owner were higher than prospect tenants in household size, spatial structure and interior, complex size, complex amenities. 4) In form of sharing the front door, there was significant difference depending on Gender.
