This study is mainly focus on the development of Korean Paralympic Sports by analyzing the current status and condition of Korea Team’s participation in Paralympic Games and preparing future improvement of Korea Team’s participation in Paralympic Games and the academic base through building an improved model by the field. In order to do this, the study conducted a Delphi survey for the 43 experts in various fields regarding participation in Paralympic Games and find the key important factors. Moreover, this resulted in supporting procedure model on those key important parts. As a result of the study, this study conducted a Delphi survey for Paralympic Games experts, and resulted in 4 main parts which are participation in games, supporting activity, venue operation as well as, administrative support. To be more concrete, Factors of Participation in Games is composed of Team official and participation, support for athletes’ training, PR, setting the schedule for participation, cooperation with relevant organization. Factors of supporting activity is composed of operation of KPC support group, operation of Korean dishes cooking team(K-Bpo), operation of cultural(or social) event, operation team in Korea, supporting other activities. Factors of venue operation is composed of enhancement of sports performances, operation of situation room, operation of medical team, official website, Games volunteer, classification & anti-doping, sports exchange Factors of administrative support is composed of operation of administrative system, management of Korean national Team, supporting activity convenience, sharing relevant organization’s task, management of computing. In addition, the output resulted in ultimate goal of this study that is improved model for 4 field : Participation in Games, supporting activity, venue operation and administrative support. Through this study, Korea should promote (or propel, push forward) an approach for improvement of participation in Paralympic Games with a long-term strategy by reflecting the ongoing expansive international policy(or strategy) and latest trend.
