The purpose of this study was to analyse instructor"s core competencies for the successful inclusive physical education(IPE) through contribution factors and the priority. The delphi technique and professional conference were used to determine the contribution factors and 160 instructors participated to determine the priority of instructor"s core competencies for the successful IPE. The results were as follow: First, the most important instructor"s core competencies for the successful IPE is professionalism. The order of other priorities is recognized ability, experts role, continuing education opportunities, and professional development opportunity. Second, attitude is the second important factor. The order of other priorities is understanding student with disability, effect of high education, positive self-concept, cooperation, and improvement motor skills. Third, among the instructor"s five core competencies for the successful IPE, self-efficacy is third important factor. The order of other priorities is improving teaching ability, participation of important class, effective leadership, and ability to control class. Fourth, status is forth important factor and the order of other priorities is effective instructor, esteem from all students, and esteem from colleagues. The last important is decision-making, and inquiry about inclusive education, inquiry of co-workers, and discussion with co-workers are the order of other priorities.
