The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between self-esteem, self-efficacy and life satisfaction of workers that have returned to their original workplace after industrial medical care. For this study, data were drawn from the 2nd wave panel data provided at Korea Workers" Compensation and Welfare Service. It included 457 workers. The results of this study were summarized as follows: (1) Self-esteem directly effected on life satisfaction. (2) Self-efficacy directly effected on life satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction mediated between self-esteem and life satisfaction. (4) Job satisfaction mediated between self-efficacy and life satisfaction was verified. Based on the results, some implications were discussed to improve life satisfaction on the relationship between self-esteem, self-efficacy and life satisfaction of workers that have returned to their original workplace after industrial medical care through improving job satisfaction.
