The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects blood components by exercise of life. The subjects were 8 female who took part in the aerobic exercise in the health center (athletic group), and 8 female who hire never exercised before (nonathletic group). All subjects were tested by graded treadmill(LE-5 Jaeger. Germany) load exercise. The items of this experiment were Total cholesterol, HDL-C. LDL-C, Trigriceride, RBC, Hb, (blood component). The result of this study were as follows 1) The component of the Total cholesterol (T-C) of athletic group rival higher than those of nonathletic group at rest, all-out and recovery, there was significant difference(p$lt;.001). 2) The component of The HDL-C of athletic soup was higher than that of nonathletic group at rest, all-out and recovery, there was rest and recovery(p$lt;.0l). all-out(p$lt;.001) significant difference. 3) The component of LDL-C was lower in the athletic group the that of nonathetic group at rest, the all-out and recovery, there was significant difference(p$lt;.01). 4) The component of Trigliceride(TG) in athletic group was lower than that of nonathletic group at rest all-out and recovery, there was significant difference(p$lt;.01). 5) The component of RBC in athletic group was higher than that of nonathletic group at rest all-out and recovery, there was significant difference(p$lt;.01). 6) The component of Hb in athletic group was higher than that of nonathetic group at rest all-out and recovery, there was significant difference(p<.01).
