This study aimed to examine the relationships among emotional labor, job stress, fatigue management, and job satisfaction of airline cabin crews. For K airline cabin crews, emotional labor showed a positive influence on job stress and fatigue management, while superficial emotional labor showed a negative influence on job satisfaction and a positive influence on turn-over intention. Also, performance stress and colleague stress had a negative influence on job satisfaction while showing a positive influence on turn-over rate. Job stress increased fatigue management while the relationship between fatigue management and job satisfaction was negative, which supports the existing research. However, internal emotional labor and job stress did not show significant results on job satisfaction, loyalty, and performance reward satisfaction, while psychological fatigue had no significant influence on performance reward. Examining the relations between emotional labor, job stress, fatigue management, and job satisfaction of cabin crews, the differences from employees in other tourism areas could be understood. Further research targeting cabin crews of LCC airlines and other foreign airlines is suggested.
