Report Errors
The purpose of this research was to figure out the influence of Changdong and Sanggye New Economic Center Project to its surrounding area by comparing results of spatial analysis through Space Syntax. To elaborate and predict the influences, researchers compared the results of Space Syntax analysis on pedestrian axial maps of Changdong and Sanggye region. The axial map results from before and after the project were analyzed. Represented changes of pedestrian volume were focused on integration(5) values. As a result, the changes of integration(5) values on main commercial streets of Nowon and Changdong subway station areas were analyzed to estimate the new economic center project.
