This study was conducted to investigate the effect of transformational leadership of Taekwondo instructor on the organizational culture of Taekwondo and the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym.
The subjects of this study were sampled from the Taekwondo gym in Jeollanamdo area using the convenience sampling method. Of the total 500 questionnaires, 491 were used for final analysis.
The collected data is collected by IBM SPSS statistics Ver. factor analysis and reliability tests were conducted using the statistical package. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to identify the set hypotheses.
The results of the study are as follows.
First, charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration have an influence on the organizational culture of Taekwondo gym in relation to the transformational leadership of Taekwondo instructor and organizational culture of taekwondo gym.
Second, charisma and individual consideration in the relationship between Taekwondo instructor transformational leadership and Taekwondo gym satisfaction showed that Taekwondo gym satisfaction was affected.
Finally, in the relationship between the organizational culture of Taekwondo gym and the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym, consensus culture, development culture, and hierarchical culture were found to affect the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym.
