As Korea has entered the aged society and the problem of low fertility grows, Family policy gets more important role in Korea. In the early 2000s, According to the needs of family-friendly culture needs to be created in Korean society, Government implement the policy of "Work-Life Balance" in working environment including maternity, parental leave and flexible work.
The purpose of this study is explaining the changed plan and characteristics of Family Friendly Support based on the policy challenges of the 3rd Plan of Healthy Family, Identifying the current status of Family Friendly culture in Korean Society based on the researches from the related institutions And Understanding Implementation status of the performances by the Family Friendly Support Center.
This report can be used as evidence to discuss the current status of Family Friendly Culture and the improvement direction for Family Friendly Supports.
