The current study aims to elucidate the minorities in cross-cultural management. With the ushering of globalization, it is becoming more imperative than ever to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to fully embrace and utilize the skills of a progressively diversifying workplace. Although the world has progressed in many ways with diversity, the regulations and policies in management has not kept up with the rest of the world. The study has observed the minorities in cross-cultural management and some of the barriers that exist in the organizations regarding these subjects. Options and suggestions for alleviating the tensions in the workplace as a result of diversity and clash of cultures have been examined. The organizations and businesses alike are in the process of becoming more aware of the increasing diversity of the workplace and the measures that should be taken to incorporate them into the business world more effectively and fairly. Some organizations were shown to be better capable in adjusting to the needs of the changing demographics in the organizations, depending on the organizations` level of diversity as a whole. Thus, with increased effort and awareness on the organizations in cross-cultural management, diverse workplaces will be able to thrive in the 21st century.
