This study implemented an analysis of actual proof through a survey for the causation between spiritual wellness, stress release and organizational commitment draw a conclusion as below with academic implications. First, The hypothesis that self satisfaction, the sub factor of spiritual wellness, of an employee of hotel enterprise would have a significant positive effect on physical and psychological release, the sub factor of stress release, was fully supported. However, the hypothesis that value realization would have a significant positive effect on physical and psychological release, the sub factor of stress release was not supported. Second, The hypothesis that value realization and self satisfaction, the sub factor of spiritual wellness, would have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment was fully supported. Third, the hypothesis that psychological release, the sub factor of stress release, would have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment was supported. However, the hypothesis that physical release would make a significant positive effect on organizational commitment was not supported. Therefore, it concluded that it would be necessary to plan for steady hotel business by establishing various ways and systems to improve the spiritual wellness and stress release of employees to enhance the organizational commitment of employees as human resources are highly utilized in a hotel enterprise field.
