Although the importance and interest of tourism experience management has been increasing recently, there is little research on the experience quality in terms of total experience, which includes cognitive and emotional factors. Therefore, in this study, we derive the dimension of tourism experience quality composed of cognitive and emotional factors, and examine the influence relationship between experience quality and perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of confirmatory factor analysis on the experience quality of tourist, functional experience quality dimension composed of four sub factors and emotional experience quality dimension composed of five sub factors were derived. Second, tourists’ functional experience quality and emotional experience quality had a positive effect on perceived value. Third, the functional experience quality of tourists had a positive effect on satisfaction, but the emotional experience quality had no significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, perceived value had a significant effect on satisfaction and behavioral intention, and satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Fifth, as a result of indirect effect test of research model, functional experience and emotional experience quality have a significant influence on satisfaction through perceived value and influence on behavioral intention through perceived value and satisfaction. Also, it was analyzed that the indirect effect of emotional experience quality is larger than functional experience quality in research model.
