In military integration, not only the external integration is important but also the internal integration is very important. The ideological integration especially plays a key role in changing the spiritual elements of human and forming sense of community. The ideological integration is determined by ideological education.
This paper is based on the premise that ’if ideological education is different, ideological conflict is amplified therefore ideological integration(military integration) is weakened, and if ideological education is unified, ideological conflict is solved therefore ideological integration(military integration) is strengthened’. It was approached from the political, economic, social, cultural and military perspectives in detail. This study analyzes the validity of the above logic in the case of Germany, and focuses on finding implications to overcome the ideological conflict when applying it to the future military integration of the South and North Korea.
As a result, it was concluded that recognition of the importance of ideological integration and ideological education, blueprint for integrated ideology education, continual education, and national approach are required.
