I believe that it is proper to utilize the existing home day-care center as child care institutions in terms of infants developmental, social, and cultural environment.
To verify appropriateness of this idea I observed thoroughly its four aspects as follows;
1) Whether or not it is appropriate to use the existing home day-care center as infant care institutions.
2) What factors influence the quality of home day-care center?
3) The relationship between the qualitative structural elements of day-care center and infant"s development.
4) Considering factors when we prepare curriculum for infant home day-care center.
Based on the above theoretical verification, I can give several suggestions to make use of existing home day-care center as infant care institutions. ; providing technical education and training for infant instructor, setting legal standard on the physical environment, education program development and providing for home day-care center, implementing evaluation certification system, supervision, socio-political support, and so on.
