Flipped learning in South Korea remains in the beginnning level. Flipped learning is the ideal educational self-directed method. Teachers start to accept this method. This movement is a bottom-up appproach mainly faciliated by teachers not as top-down approach of many educational business manoeuvered by the South Korean government. Cntrary to high expectation to the novel method, schools face multiple difficulties. Major causes may be lack of information and infrastructure, yet the most fundamental reason lies in difficulties of instructors and learnings who are major targets of flipped learning. Thus, if this difficulty is not addressed, the wider adoption would be impossible. One of solutions to overcome this limitation is to use the current E-learning system. Since the early 2000s, the government put enormous amounts of money in this business and top-quality infrastructures were set up equivalent of E-learning advanced country. The functions of the current E-learning system can adequately cover the most prerequisite functions needed for instructors and learners to apply flipped learning. Moreover, another major task is to prepare for strategic alternatives to encourage spontaneous participation from teachers and raise their awareness on efficiency. Education should be modified in accordance with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To do so, rapid leaps through recycyling not reinventing should be implemented, because EduTech, as the essence of the Fourth Industry, should correspond with flipped learning.
