The purposes of this study are estimating the main effects of self concept on the occupational identity of culinary high school student and moderating effects of mentoring and interpersonal relationship on the relationship between self concept and occupational identity of culinary high school student. In order to achieve purpose of this study, a total of 158 samples were distributed and 139 valid samples conducted this study and, the period for collecting samples is from March 3, 2018 to April 15, 2018. The data of participants were used to factor analysis, regression analysis through SPSS. 22.0 WINS statistical program. The results of this study are that self concept influence on occupational identity and, there is moderating effect of mentoring on relationship between self concept and occupational identity. However, interpersonal relationship do not influence on relationship between self concept and occupational identity. This study provides culinary high school teacher to develop educational program of increasing occupational identity by using mentoring program.
