The purpose of this study was investigated on the relationship among interactional justice, leadermember exchange(LMX) and organizational citizenship behavior of fitness centers. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among interactional justice of fitness centers, leader-member exchange (LMX) and organizational citizenship behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 285 participants were sampled from the fitness centers employee’s in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. Based on this, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted with SPSS 18.0 program, and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with AMOS 18.0 program in order to verify the construct validity. Then, the goodness of fit of the model was verified through covariance structural analysis, and based on which, the following conclusions have been drawn. First, as the positive analysis results of the impacts of interactional justice on leader-member exchange(LMX), the path coefficient value between the two factors was found to be 776(t=10.870), so it has been verified to have a statistically meaningful influence. Second, as the positive analysis results of the impacts of interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior, the path coefficient value between the two factors was found to be .263(t=2.881), so it has been verified to have a statistically meaningful influence. Third, as the positive analysis results of the impacts of leader-member exchange(LMX) on organizational citizenship behavior, the path coefficient value between the two factors was found to be .240(t=2.562), so it has been verified to have a statistically meaningful influence.
