The purpose of this study was investigated on structural relationship among interactional justice, organization trust and innovative behavior of fitness centers employee’s. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among interactional justice of fitness centers, organization trust and innovation behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 225 participants were sampled from the fitness centers employee’s in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. For the data processing, frequency study, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted through the SPSS 18.0 program, confirmatory factor analysis was carried out through the AMOS 18.0 program in order to verify the construct validity of the measured variables, and then the goodness of fit of the model was investigated through covariance structure analysis. Grounded on the research methods and data analysis results above, the conclusion of this research is as follows. First, interactional justice of fitness centers employee’s had positive influence on organization trust. Second, interactional justice of fitness centers employee’s had positive influence on innovation behavior. Third, organization trust of fitness centers employee’s had positive influence on innovation behavior.
