Culture tourism commentator is defined as a volunteer who provides professional commentary on tourism resources such as history, culture, arts and nature in order to enhance understanding, appreciation and experience of tourists visiting the area.
The selected of the national cultural tourism commentators were surveyed, 479 valid and completed copies of the questionnaire were used for the research. Frequency, factor, reliability and regression analyses with SPSS 20.0 were conducted on the data. First, among organizational characteristics of commentators’ job environment, activity cost, peer relationship among job characteristics, work volume and development possibility factors affect positively on job satisfaction of the national cultural tourism commentators. Second, the job satisfaction of commentator has a positive effect on the perception of business performance. Third, peer relationship and working environment had significant positive effects on the job characteristics and job satisfaction of the national cultural tourism commentators.
Fourth, the workload and the possibility of development have a positive (+) effects on the relationship between job content and job satisfaction of the national cultural tourism commentators.
