This study was carried out towards 226 early childhood institutions, located in Seoul and Gyeonggin region in order to analyze the demand factor on the operation state of early childhood Recreation and the integrated education of desirable early childhood gymnastics. In terms of data analysis, frequency analysis and chi-square were conducted. As a result of operation state of early childhood gymnastics, it appeared that 83.6% early childhood programs were carried out and 1-2 time per week (89.2%) was the highest in the frequency. Major purposes appeared under the sequence of physical development (53.3%), holistic development(36.4%), and the cultivation of emotion (4.6%), and the improvement of sociability (4.6%). Second, in terms of the integrated education through the gymnastics of early childhood, 96.5% emphasized the necessity of integrated education, but integrated education was not carried out due to the lack of integrated education program(55.9%), and the lack of facility textbooks and text materials(26.5%). As a desirable early childhood gymnastics of integrated education program type, integration according to the topics of life and the development and distribution of integrated education program, and the quality of teachers are pointed out.
